If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only
These terms cover your use of the site. They do not cover our paid services. We provide paid services only under a written quote, statement of work or other written agreement with the client.
If you have a written agreement with us, it prevails over these terms.
Free consultations
Booking a free consultation does not commit you to buy anything. It also does not commit us to take on the work.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are indicative only. They are not an offer and do not create an agreement.
The price of any work, and whether GST is added, is set out in our written quote or agreement before the work starts.
Information on the site
The site, including our blog, gives general information about our services and about AI and automation. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Get advice that fits your situation before you act on it.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or be out of date. We may change the site, or remove content from it, at any time.
The chat assistant
The chat window on the site is an automated assistant with pre-written answers. Its answers are general information only. They are not a quote, advice or an offer, and they do not form part of any agreement with us.
What you type in the chat is not sent to us. If you want a reply from a person, contact us directly.
Using the site
You may use the site to find out about us and to contact us. You must not:
- interfere with the site or its security, or try to get into parts of it you are not meant to use
- use the site to spread harmful code or unwanted messages
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including its text, design, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to ZephosAI Pty Ltd. Images on our blog come from Pexels and are used under the Pexels licence.
You may view, download and print pages from the site for your own reference, and share links to them. Do not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as Calendly for bookings and Google for reviews. We do not control those sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. The same applies to any other right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Our liability
Subject to the section above, and to the extent permitted by law:
- we provide the site as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available, or that it will be free of errors or harmful code
- we are not liable for loss you suffer because you relied on general information on the site or in the chat assistant, or because the site was unavailable.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms do not ask you to agree to anything in it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. Changes apply from that date. They do not apply to anything that happened before it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
